Unlike laser removal, which shatters ink for the body to absorb, saline removal relies on osmosis to lift the pigment to the surface. The procedure typically takes 30 to 60 minutes and follows these key steps: Using a tattoo machine or manual tool, the technician punctures the skin to deposit a specialized saline solution (often containing ingredients like Dead Sea salt, purified water, and citrus seed extracts) into the pigmented layer. Osmotic Action: The high concentration of salt in the solution draws water and pigment molecules from the dermal layer to the skin's surface.
